Last week we wrote that Panna Cooking may be luring editors in with job postings, asking them to edit a sample video, and then offering them a position and disappearing, but still posting the video online.  Very shady business practices.

Today we have the advertisement they were posting around facebook.

Alex Solomons & Jesse Mendelson were connected with Panna Cooking via the Advertisement above.

Posting here as a favor to someone else. Please email resumes directly to: alexsolomons@mac.com. You can let them know you saw the ad in the I Need An Editor group.

Job Ad: Looking for a a full time junior editor based in NY for a cooking App and TV Company called Panna.

pannacooking.com. Salary will be around $70-$75K a year editing short form recipes and food porn clips.

Ideally some food content experience, but not vital. But definitely a love for food.

There’s always a chance that they weren’t aware what was going on, however still no word from the CEO David Ellner.
