But for the last 14 months Grady’s Cold Brew has been in a circular motion, extending their campaign & withdrawing funds.

They never could quite reach that goal.

Notice of Funds Disbursement
As you might know, Grady’s Cold Brew has exceeded its minimum funding goal. When a company reaches its minimum on StartEngine, it’s about to begin withdrawing funds. If you invested in Grady’s Cold Brew be on the lookout for an email that describes more about the disbursement process.

Notice of Material Change in Offering
Grady’s Cold Brew is extending their campaign by 90 days.

Then this cycle has endlessly continued for the last year.
Has the StartEngine investors been keeping the lights on for the last year?

It took them 15 months to get $1.07M invested via StartEngine.
Just 12 days ago they received yet another “Notice of Funds Disbursement”.

Over the past year they’ve either extended the campaign 60 days, or some months chosen to extend the campaign 90 days. One has to wonder if these investors will see their money again. How desperate for funds could this company be if they kept it going for a full year for just over 1 million dollars.

We’ve collected all the extensions below.

Wow. Just, wow.
