There’s not a whole lot new with this video if you’ve been following Patent Trolls for a while, but basically people buy up lots of generic sounding patents and sue people. They aren’t real companies and don’t make real products however they have lots of fake pretend offices setup in Texas. This American Life covered them in 2011 ago.
