Apple’s Final Cut Pro Is Still Missing Features, Surprised?

Good news for any remaining Final Cut Pro X users out there, your editing system may soon join the ranks of Avid, Adobe Premiere, Sony Vegas, AutoDesk, and others and be able to edit and manipulate 3D content.

Apple has just been granted a patent for a unique way that allows them to do this. I guess a few years late isn’t that bad?  For years now all of the other major software players have allowed their users to edit and work with 3D, it’s been possible on FCP but only with expensive aftermarket plugins, while other software has been able to do it right out of the box.
