Continuing our series for one more day is now focusing on Amazon, previously we showed you fake crypto ADs for Microsoft, Apple, Tesla, Samsung, and Meta, and then we showed you fake NFTs for Snoop Dogg, Gary Vee, and more.
Now today we’re showing you the inside of a website built to look like a Bloomberg page in order to sell a fake Amazon Token.
Amazon
And then there’s this one, meant to look like a legit Bloomberg article.
And then when you click on it, it takes you to quite a legit looking website. Even so legit that it actually didn’t finish loading the page yet thus being one gigantic waste of advertising spend.
The more fake crypto ADs that exist, the harder it will be to make crypto look like a legit way to transact. It seems there’s more and more fake tokens, nfts, and coins appearing each and every day.
