Bad Advertising: TechSpace should read their copy out loud

Tour innovative office space in downtown, ideal for your small to mid-size business!

Is tech space a leasing company or just a tour group? “Tour offices”, you can’t rent them, but feel free to walk around and take pictures.

Separately though, notice how they use the generic word ‘downtown’? This lets them copy + paste this ad to just about every city.

They should just hire a copy editor, according to their twitter they are “Nation-wide“, Nationwide is one word.
