I was one of THOSE people – one who backed the Barracuda without researching, believing in the idea and being optimistic. With each announcement of delays, I just sighed and figured it was part of crowdfunding. On Sept 16, I finally received a tracking number, estimated for delivery by Sept 23. Here it is, Sept 26, and no Barracuda. The tracking number shows a label was created, but that’s it. I have contacted support three times, and each time I receive the same response: ” We have around 500 cases that have been stuck at our warehouse for the past few days. We’ve escalated this to our warehouse and hope they’ll unblock the orders very soon.” Sure wish I had found your site before I pledged – but lesson learned!
