Is this a Faulty Product or Attempt to Damage a Company’s Reputation

Is the following video Sarah Fasha’s attempt to damage Herstyler’s reputation by showing that their product is so complicated that the Herstyler Salon Styler W2D can cause someones hair to catch on fire the first time they use it?

Or is this a genuine issue with the HerStyler W2D product?

What do you think?

Sarah Fasha

Either way, it’s very easy to see the logo for the product that causes her hair to light on fire.

Is it a faulty product? The comments seem to point towards a quick way to make views, perhaps HerStyler can help us get to the bottom of this.
